Property Map.

IF YOU BRING PETS:

- Prevent them from leaving the tenant private area at night, as in the other areas there are several wild bird nurseries that may scare them. We do a volunteer work of recovering native birds of Ilhabela (parrots, toucans, etc.) that are returned to nature after rehabilitation;

- Watch out for the pets not to bite mosquito nets on the doors. They can be removed when in doubt;

- Bring your pet's pillow or mattress. The use of mattresses in the house for pets to lie on is not allowed;

  

NOISE:

- We have limitations with noise and loud music, day and night, due to legislation that fines the homes denounced by the neighbourhood in R$ 2.000, as well as harming the rehabilitation of the birds that are in the nearby aviaries. Please alert the rest of the group about this;

  

INSECTS:

- We recommend keeping the doors always closed to prevent insects from entering the rooms, especially at night when the bedroom lights are on;

- We suggest putting repellent in the lower part of the legs before leaving the room in the morning;

  

TRASH:

- Avoid leaving the trash in the outbuildings (barbecue area, porch, etc.), because sometimes cats enter the ground that tear the bags and spread it. Discard it in the dumpster of the street, leaving the gate 5m on the right. In Ilhabela there is a selective collection of recyclable waste;

 GARDEN:

- On rainy days, the external floors can become very slippery;

- It is not allowed to camp, park or manoeuvre cars on the lawns. The damage may be irreversible or take months to recover;

  

REMOTE CONTROLS:

- In the image are highlighted the controls of TV box (HTV) and the TV. 

- To watch TV, the receiver (HTV) must be switched on and the option "Brasil TV" should be chosen on the home screen, navigating with the arrows on the HTV remote control.



- The adult content control password for lock / unlock is 1818;

- The air conditioning control is in the drawer of the bedside table of each room;

- The control of the pool lights is hanging from a hammock hook in the barbecue area. The dimmer is 15 steps that activate different programs of colours and animation;

- We are equipped with replacement batteries for each remote control. If any of them do not work, request for the replacement;



WIFI:

- There are 2 routers in the house and 2 on barbecue area, offering broadband service. The network name are "SR-SALA" (living-room), "SR-VARANDA" (porch) and "SRQUIOSQUE" (garden and deck area),  "SR-QUIOSQUE+" (barbecue area, that include 5G signal). The password of all of them is "rodamonte12706".

ELECTRICAL SOCKETS:

- Voltage in Ilhabela is 110v. There are 4 220v sockets: one in barbecue area behind the refrigerator, and 3 in the house: on the front porch (labeled), in the North suite (red) and in the kitchen (red). The internal ones have a child protection to avoid wrong connections. The key for removing the protection is found in the cabinet drawer. Possible damages to equipment that is connected at the wrong voltage must be reimbursed;

MISCELLANEOUS:

- Do not make knots in the hammock. It is very difficult to undo them later;

- The water is captured in the waterfall. It is not recommended for drinking, but can be used for cooking;

- The swimming pool whirlpool pump is equipped with a DR protection device, which allows it to be activated on rainy days. It must be turned off after 45 minutes of use and can be reconnected after 15 minutes of pause. Keep the children away from playing with the switch;

- Advise children not to throw pebbles in the pool, as the impact can damage the coating;

- Turn off the air conditioning, garden lights and pool pumps when not in use;

- The power can be turned off without prior warning from the power distribution company. This usually occurs on windy days, where the power grid triggers an automatic protection device, affecting several neighborhoods or a big part of Ilhabela. In case of power failure, there are candles in the kitchen cabinet drawer.
